What happens during the satsangs?

Dear Heart,
When the satsangs are attended with an open heart and a readiness to understand one’s true nature:
* Thoughts could slow down and a certain degree of calmness could be experienced
* It becomes easier to recognise and break long-held patterns and tendencies of the mind
* One could experience the pure, unconditional, and impersonal love of Consciousness, perhaps for the first time ever in one’s life, emanating from Leowe
* It becomes easier to discern how the ego reinforces itself in our actions and interactions – a crucial step to deepening Presence within oneself
* The ability to put space between emotions that arise, even the intense ones, and oneself gradually strengthens and one begins to feel able to respond with clarity to life situations and people rather than feel caught up in a reactive mode of living
* The incessant need to hold on to the past and to foresee the future begins to fade and an unwavering trust in life begins to flower
* A desire to find and fulfill what life wants to live through oneself is born, and consequentially, one’s desires arise from the depth of one’s being
* Fears, anxieties, and frustrations begin to loosen their hold and everyday life and interactions could be experienced from a place of peace and trust
* A certain tenderness begins to sprout within to sense love within all beings and within oneself, leading one to live a harmonious, joyous life
*
“There are many houses, but only one home, which is the heart.”
